“REMEMBER the year Cronulla won the premiership? Of course not. They never have. You’ve got to turn on the History Channel to even find out what little glory they have enjoyed.

They are the poster team of passive resistance. Ghandi (sic) should be their patron saint.”

Ray Chesterton, who says that Cronulla is the “Model T Ford on the left side of the freeway while the eight-cynlinder clubs race past in the overtaking lane.”

Nonetheless, he remains hopeful that things will change this year.

PS. Pity that thye Daily Telegraph doesn’t know how to spell Gandhi.
