Redcliffe Traffic Branch Snr Sergeant Garth Peake comments on the empty beer cans and cans of a bourbon, cola and guarana mix left on a roadside tribute to car crash victims. 20-year- old Ian Murphy and his 15-year-old cousin Garth Freeman. Police suspect that alcohol was a contributing factor to the accident.
