Not everyone has much sympathy for convicted drug smuggler Schapelle Corby, judging by that comment from Ray McKigney in a letter to the Daily Telegraph (which tends to supply a far greater quantity of insults than other publications, as you may have noticed). Other comments include:

“The Corbys are undeserving of the media attention they are given”

and

“Do the crime, do the time, and shut up about it.”

Schapelle Corby’s mother Rosleigh Rose criticizes the Australian consul’s response to her daughter’s rapid deterioration over the last few weeks. At the time of the report, Corby was severely depressed and faced being in a mental institution.
